Brass solder has good plasticity and highmelting point. lt can be completed by flamebrazing, induction brazing and other methodsDue to the high zinc content, there is smallamount of silicon in the brazing amount, andoverheating should be avoided during brazingso as to reduce the impact of zinc volatilizationon the compactness of the brazing joint.
Application Areas
lt is used for brazing of copper, steel, cast ironnickel based alloy and cemented carbide. Asbonding alloy for drill bit matrix, there are nearlyspherical particles, blocks and cvlindrical shortrods, which can also be customized accordingto customer needs.
